Mayor Kate Gallego and Phoenix City Council have officially implemented a mandatory mask ordinance to help stop the spread of COVID-19 in our community.

Starting June 20: For the health and safety of everyone, all those over the age of six years old must wear a face mask while in a public area within Phoenix.

The fact of the matter is, one of the easiest ways to slow the spread of COVID-19 is wearing a face covering.

Help Phoenix beat COVID-19 by wearing a mask in public, keeping a distance of six feet apart from others when you can, and staying home whenever possible.

Will you share the news of Phoenix's face covering ordinance by posting on Facebook or Twitter?

Thank you for doing your part to stop the spread,
