We have been absolutely blitzed with decisions from the Supreme Court this week, including cases on birthright citizenship, Planned Parenthood and Medicaid funding, parental rights and religious freedom in schools, and more.

“This is a very conservative Supreme Court,” says University of Michigan law professor Sam Bagenstos. “This is a Court that believes in executive power — at least when Republicans are president — and they have worked really hard to consolidate the power of this president.”
