The Supreme Court has finally ruled that Donald Trump and his administration cannot callously, instantaneously end the thousands-strong Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA) and banish these young people who know no other home than America.

This news is long overdue, but this fight isn't over yet. Now it's time for the Senate to act and permanently protect Dreamers from deportation once and for all.

Sign the petition to tell Mitch McConnell to pass the DREAM Act now!

Dreamers are America at its best. Thousands of young people who love this country and are fighting to make it a better place for generations to come. They are our students, our teachers, our health professionals, our service workers, our emergency responders.

And they get to define their Americanism, not Donald Trump.

But this isn't over. The ruling leaves too many untapped loopholes that Donald Trump, Stephen Miller, and his right-wing extremists will undoubtedly test to try and bully, harass, and scapegoat undocumented Americans.

The House has already passed the DREAM Act. Naturally, Mitch McConnell has refused to challenge the authority of his "boss" and won't even bring the bill up for a debate. It's time to pass the DREAM Act to provide firm and permanent protection for the countless lives being put on hold as Trump uses them as race-baiting props.

But we have the righteousness, and the will of millions standing with us, that we will not stop until anything short of the full security and freedom of our Dreamers is won. But our movement needs your help.

Add your name to the countless people who want McConnell and Senate Republicans to stop bargaining with Dreamers' lives and pass the DREAM Act.
