John – the Supreme Court was established to safeguard and interpret our Constitution and ensure all people in this country are treated with equal justice under the law.

An independent branch of government and a vital part of our system of checks and balances, the court was always meant to be above partisan politics. But the current Supreme Court is run by a right-wing, ultraconservative majority that is determined to push its radical agenda!

Decisions regarding birthright citizenship, abortion access and education are rolling back the clock on DECADES of progress  Democrats have made fighting for Americans. 

This is absolutely no time to be silent. Polls show that the majority of Americans disapprove of the Supreme Court, but we need to confirm the data for ourselves – and we can't reach statistical significance without YOUR response. So please, before this live poll closes tonight:
