MAGA judges on the US Supreme Court just issued a flurry of decisions in Trump’s favor, limiting the ability for federal judges to block Trump’s executive actions and cutting funding to Planned Parenthood:

This is the consequence of a decades-long campaign by conservative extremists to seize control of our courts using billionaire and special interest cash. And now, these same forces have their eyes on seizing Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court in 2025.

But Defend Our Courts is fighting back.

We are excited to announce our first ad blitz in the PA Supreme Court race.

Our ad will be one of the first about the race to hit the airwaves in Pennsylvania and we are taking a swing at the billionaires who paid for the nightmare we see ourselves in now:

Defend Our Courts has identified 847,251 strong Dem voters in PA who have routinely voted in presidential and midterm elections but have voted in only two or less of the last four PA Supreme Court elections. These Democrats need to be educated about the stakes in this year's retention election and motivated to turn out this November. That is why we will be serving our first ads directly to them.

The ads will initially be served on digital platforms so that we are spending money in a targeted, cost effective way, but reaching that many voters is going to be expensive. The more voters we can reach quickly, the higher impact this ad will have.

We are planning to launch this ad blitz on 4th of July, but to do that, we need to raise $250,000 before midnight on June 30th to fully fund this campaign and reach all of the voters we have identified.
