Gorka: And one of the people who is always on the side of the truth, very excited to have him on the show, next is Mort Klein, the president of the Zionist Organization of America.
Mort, my friend, are you with us?
Klein: I am and I’m proud to be with one of the great truthsayers of our era, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Gorka: Well, we don’t have time for anything else and you are a champion of the truth and fighting for the relationship between the two greatest nations, one made by man, the other made by god, of course I’m talking about America and Israel.
We have to have you on the show because of the press conference, that the weekend’s events with these two women who are avowed anti-Semites and yesterday’s press conference. Um, yesterday’s press conference, we had Rashida Tlaib, we had Ilhan Omar not only deny that Israel is an ally of America, but also say it’s not a democracy. What say you Mort Klein?
Klein: Well, first of all, what do you expect by two people who back the Communist murderer Maduro in Venezuela, and, when asked ‘do you support Al-Quaeda’ they refused to answer. I mean this is of course so absurd on its face that it has no credibility. Israel’s having elections September 17th for the president and parliament; Gaza and the Palestinian Authority haven’t had elections for 15 years. Why aren’t they condemning them as not being a democracy? It’s so absurd. Of course Israel is a very vibrant democracy; there’s 12 Arab members – Arab Muslim members – of the parliament of Israel. It’s as democratic as you can get. So this is just continuous lies…I’ve never seen anyone lie so much about people as these people have.
They compared to Israel to Nazi Germany; they said Israel is an apartheid country when the fact that Arab Muslims are involved in every aspect of Israeli life, from being judges to being doctors in hospitals, to being businessmen everywhere, to being in the parliament. So, their goal is to lie and lie, and try and paint an ugly picture to move towards further demonizing Israel and destroying Israel. And if any country had people like them wanting to come into their country, if France, or Italy or Ireland for example, had legislators who were publicly calling for Israel’s destruction and boycotting Israel, comparing those countries to Nazis, they would say you’re not welcome here! And that’s what Israel did.
And these… I’ll tell you what’s really shocking to me, is these people and frankly so many democrats call everybody a racist; everybody’s a racist; Trump is Hitler; and yet, they won’t say these two vicious women are racists and anti-Semites. They won’t say it. Worse than that, they defend them and say they’re not anti-Semitic and they won’t attack them. Instead, what they’re considering doing, is somehow having some sort of criticism, public criticism of Ron Dermer, the ambassador from Israel to the U.S., and David Friedman, the ambassador from the U.S. to Israel, who are simply promoting the agenda of their bosses, the Prime Minister of Israel and the President of the United States. It is quite, quite quite troubling, I must say.
Gorka: But talk, talk to us about the, the larger phenomena here, Morton Klein. What does this say that these aren’t two rabid, uh this isn’t Linda Sarsour screeching at some event in Manhattan, these are members of the democrat party, one of whom is on the Foreign Affairs Committee. What does this say about what has happened to that party?
Klein: All I can say is, this party has refused to condemn this sort of hatred, racism, anti-Semitism and destruction of an ally, and it has moved very much to the left, and there’s been no people, they’ve given no, none of their leaders have stood up and come out publicly and critically and condemned these people and all I can say, that’s very troubling, that in the United States of America, we have a party who’s not acting in a reasonable way, the way they acted, you know, many many years ago.
Gorka: Let me ask you one last question Morton Klein – what would you like to hear come out of Capitol Hill after last weekend’s escapades and yesterday’s press conference?
Klein: Very simple – Just as the republicans threw Steven King off of all of his committees as a republican for various reasons, they should be throwing Omar, Tlaib and AOC off of every committee they’re on; publicly censure them and condemn them for being anti-Smites, Israel haters and, and in some sense, even white haters. They should be condemning them. Instead, they’re defending them and refuse to condemn them. That’s what I would expect and that’s I’m working on on Capitol Hill, trying to get them to do this, and all of should join in that effort.
