[link removed] [[link removed]] Three years ago this week, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. Since then, 13 states have implemented outright abortion bans, and several more have implemented draconian restrictions on women and health care providers.
As a consequence, we have heard stories of women travelling thousands of miles for care, avoiding certain states for fear that pregnancy complications could put their lives at risk, and being told to wait in hospital parking until their condition becomes sufficiently dire that doctors can legally save their lives.
I’ll never forget what it felt like when the Dobbs decision leaked and the women I’ve spoken to who realize our rights are not as safe as we thought they were. And as Jack Ciattarelli attempts to run the same playbook, I refuse to let that happen again here.
Jack has pledged to ban abortion, defund Planned Parenthood, and nominate “ultra-conservative” judges to the state Supreme Court. We know all too well how that playbook worked out for Donald Trump at the federal level.
Now more than ever, we need a pro-choice governor here in New Jersey who will stand up for reproductive freedom. But polling shows me in a statistical dead heat with my anti-choice GOP opponent, and I need your help if we’re going to win this race. I’d be incredibly grateful for anything you can pitch in to help me pull ahead. [[link removed]]

I’m going to keep working every single day to protect access to abortion, birth control, and all other forms of reproductive care. And together, we’re going to show right-wing extremists like Donald Trump and Jack Ciattarelli that we will not accept any further attacks on our basic freedoms.
