Friend, It has been ten years of marriage equality in the U.S. While we celebrate yesterday's anniversary of the historic Obergefell v. Hodges decision and Pride Month, we must also reaffirm our commitment to standing up for LGBTQ+ rights in the face of attacks from the Trump Administration. Every American — no matter who they love or who they are — deserves to be treated equally. Will you chip in a few dollars to help us protect LGBTQ+ rights? And to the people who use God as an excuse for cruelty and bigotry, I remind them that this is what Jesus Christ had to say about homosexuality: “ . . .”
