The Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) was passed over thirty years ago to protect abortion providers and patience from violence, harassment, and physical obstruction when seeking care. It has been a vital safeguard against anti-abortion extremists. [1]

The FACE Act is an immense component of abortion access and reproductive justice. Give to show your support.

Despite this, 23 anti-abortion extremists convicted of violating the FACE Act were pardoned in January 2025. [2]

These were not peaceful protests. They were actions deliberately designed to terrorize. Tell them they can’t get away with this.

Worse than the pardons, the Department of Justice released guidance severely limiting the FACE Act, opening up clinics to new forms of harassment they are no longer protected against. [3]

We believe everyone should not only be able to receive abortion care how, when, and where they want but also access that care without intimidation or harassment.
