In Colorado’s 4th Congressional District, Medicaid isn’t just a line item —
it’s a lifeline. Thousands of our neighbors rely on it to get by: seniors
trying to afford their prescriptions, kids who need checkups, rural hospitals
keeping their doors open, and working families who are already stretched thin.

But Lauren Boebert doesn’t care. She just voted for a reckless budget that
guts Medicaid — slashing support for the most vulnerable among us — all so she
can hand out more tax breaks to billionaires and the ultra-wealthy. And she’s
not just voting for it — she’s bragging about it. Let’s be real: Lauren Boebert
is in this for herself. She’s not fighting for Eastern Colorado. She’s not
protecting our towns, our health, or our families.

I’m John Padora, and I’m running for Congress because our district deserves
better — someone who will stand up for the people who work hard every day and
