I’ll level with you, friend:

We missed our May end-of-month goal by a significant margin.

That means we’re entering the general election season at a serious disadvantage, and let me tell you, Virginia Republicans are already taking full advantage. They’ve been raking in money from national GOP megadonors who are determined to keep the Governor’s Mansion red in November.

I don’t say this lightly, but the stakes couldn’t be higher. Our Democratic majority is on the line. Reproductive freedom is on the line. And right now, our efforts are falling short. Can you chip in $25, or whatever you can, to help us get back on track before our end-of-quarter deadline?

This end-of-quarter deadline is so important to protecting our progress. It’s our last chance to show our strength before the general election campaign kicks into high gear in July. Reporters, pundits, and Republican strategists are all watching to see if Democrats can hold the line in Virginia.

If we fall short again, it sends the message that we’re not ready — and we can’t afford to give them that kind of opening. We need to start making up lost ground right now. Can you make a contribution to help us elect Democrats up and down the ballot in November?
