The godfather of the CO Republican Party, billionaire Phil Anschutz seems to be giving up on the Party as it exists today and is seeking to redesign it to benefit dark money donors. The Anschutz media industrial complex spokesperson, Jon Caldara, is openly pushing for a drastic change in Colorado’s election system - from the current caucus/assembly primaries to jungle primaries. Never mind that Colorado voters keep saying No every time Kent Thiry pushes the idea. Never mind that a jungle primary benefits only dark money donors and never mind that a jungle primary system would destroy the Republican Party apparatus. WHO NOT TO VOTE FOR - RICHARD HOLTORF. UniParty/Establishment CO GOP Reps. Crank, Evans and Hurd are endorsing RINO Richard Holtorf for CO GOP Vice Chair. (the position opened up when Chair Horn’s handpicked vice chair resigned in disgust at her leadership). That’s all you need to know to vote NO on Holtorf. The endorsement puts them at odds with CD4 Rep. Boebert who is backing RINO Watch’s favorite - grassroots candidate Mark Hampton. Horn’s vice chair resigns in disgust at her leadership, her on-line only vote to elect a new vice chair raises concerns about voting integrity and transparency and her administration reneges on its promise to attend an actual unity event and throws a tantrum when told she could not hold a rigged straw vote.
