right away.
Your response is crucial because I was forced to undress every day in front
of “Lia” (formerly Will) Thomas—a 6'4" male on the University of Pennsylvania
women's swim team.
And when I refused to quietly accept this violation of my privacy and dignity,
college administrators told me I was the problem.
Imagine being an 18-year-old girl stepping onto a college campus, eager to
grow in wisdom, character, and strength.
Instead, you're met with administrators, professors, and coaches who instruct
you to:
* Ignore biological truths plainly visible to your own eyes,
* Pretend it’s “fair” when men compete in women’s sports, and
* Welcome men into your locker rooms and other private spaces.
And if you dare to object, you’re warned: stay silent—or face the consequences.
That’s what happened to me.
To earn my place on the University of Pennsylvania’s NCAA Division I swim
team, I began training in elementary school—eventually swimming twice a day and
logging up to 50,000 yards per week in high school.
College recruiters praised my drive and discipline, telling me my work ethic
would open doors far beyond the pool.
So I was stunned when college administrators disregarded those same standards
and instead celebrated my male teammate—who had ranked in the 400s and 500s
nationally on the men’s team—as “brave” and “heroic” for switching to the
women’s team, where he instantly became one of the top-ranked “female” swimmers
in the country.
When I voiced my concerns, administrators shut me down.
They told me it was “non-negotiable” that this man would compete alongside
me—and undress beside me in the women’s locker room.
They didn’t fix the injustice. They offered me “psychological services” to
help me accept it. Then came their “advice”:“Be a team player. Don’t get
canceled for being a bigot.”
But I was raised to stand up for what is right, good, and true.
How could I stay silent and support a lie—knowing that if I gave in, the next
generation of young women would pay the price?
Would you want your daughter, sister, or granddaughter to remain quiet in that
moment? Or would you want her to have the courage to speak the truth?
Unfortunately, the social pressure these Leftists are putting on young women
is working all too often.
In fact, over 60% of young women (ages 18-29) are not just silent when it
comes to radical woke policies but publicly support them-- the same policies
that have degraded and harmed them by depriving them of their rights to safety,
privacy, and equal opportunity.
Leftists gloat that young women are a lost cause.
Don’t believe it. That’s just another lie.
Yes, many young women say they’re “liberal.” But under the surface liberalism
you find when it comes tomarriage, motherhood, finances, and crime, these same
young women expressstrong, naturally conservative instincts—ones they’ve
abandoned or hid out of fear of conflict.
In other words: they’re not a lost cause. They’re just silenced and
indoctrinated.
But the time for sitting back while radicals reshape our young women,
campuses, and culture is over.
You and I must stand up—and make it clear: we will not be silenced.
That’s why I’m asking you to submit your “I Will Not Be Silent” Reply right
away.

When I reflect on everything I experienced, I no longer wonder how this
happened.
It happened because too many people stayed silent.
Too many leaders—people entrusted with protecting young women—chose cowardice
over courage, conformity over truth.
And beneath their failure lies something even more dangerous: a radical
ideology that has taken root in our institutions.
An ideology that tells girls truth and morality are relative.
That faith and family are oppressive.
That their worth depends on blind allegiance to the woke agenda—
And that anyone who dares to dissent will be cast out, condemned, and
forgotten.
You and I know this is a lie. But tragically, many young women are falling for
it.
And that’s exactly why the Clare Boothe Luce Center for Conservative Women
exists—to embolden these women, to equip them, and to show them they’re not
alone.
That’s why I need you to submit your “I Will Not Be Silent” Reply right now....

UPenn and the NCAA gave “Lia” Thomas a platform to push a harmful agenda. Now
theLuce Center is giving women like Riley Gaines and me a platform to speak the
truth.
For more than 30 years, with support from patriots like you, the Luce Center
has been reaching young women on college campuses to prepare and support them
in standing up for their conservative values against the attacks of the radical
Left.
#1. They’re giving students a platform to share their beliefs.
Guest lecturers on college campuses are overwhelmingly liberal.
Studies have proven this anti-conservative bias, with both liberals and
conservatives attesting to the fact.
That’s why the Luce Center helps students host campus lectures featuring
conservative guest speakers likeAbby Johnson, Riley Gaines, Allie Beth Stuckey,
Kristan Hawkins, Liz Wheeler, KT McFarlandand myself.
The Luce Center was the first organization to host Riley Gaines and me as
speakers to fight in defense of women’s sports and privacy.
And in March, I gave a Luce Center campus lecture at the University of
California, Berkeley. It was an incredible experience talking with young women
about the importance of courageously speaking out for the truth despite the
overwhelming pressure the culture uses to silence you.
When you give $35 or more to the Luce Center

, you’re making sure young women can discuss and share their conservative
values with other students on campus and overcome the blatant anti-conservative
bias.
#2. They’re fostering community and friendships.
My time at UPenn left me feeling isolated and fearful to share my beliefs.
But when I saw Riley Gaines - a fellow female collegiate swimmer who competed
and tied with “Lia” Thomas - speaking publicly about her experience, I knew I
didn't have to be silent.
That’s why the Luce Center prioritizes hosting National Student Summits
giving young conservative women the chance to meet likeminded peers who will
help strengthen each other as they battle against the radical ideology in
today’s culture.

, you help foster friendships and community among young conservative women when
they need it most.
#3. They’re training young women to actively fight back against the Left’s
harmful agenda.
It isn’t enough for us to create barriers to keep the lies of the Left out. We
must root out the radical ideology from our colleges, government institutions,
and culture.
Which is why the Luce Center offers Summer, Fall, and Spring internships for
young women to strengthen them in their fundamental patriotic American values.
As interns they receive expert led training in...
* Public speaking
* Journalism
* Constitutional Law
* Professional Firearms
* And etiquette
When you give $35 or more to the Luce Center,

you’re helping the Luce Center in equipping young women with the necessary
skills, knowledge, and connections they need to be leaders on the front line in
the fight against the radical Left.
After hearing all the great work they do, I know you probably want to fund a
National Student Summit or Campus Lecture on your own, but all I’m asking you
to do is tosupport the Luce center with your tax-deductible gift of $35, $50,
$100, or even $500 or more

.
Please give whatever you can, whether it's smaller or larger, because the Luce
Center is up against the bottomless pockets of the radical Left and the woke
universities. Now more than ever, we need conservatives willing to stand up and
fight against the radical indoctrination of young women.
And I've seen firsthand how the Luce Center has helped hundreds of young
women across the country to do just that. They've done incredible work, but
they can't do it alone.
Please don't let us lose another generation of women to the Left!
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for joining me in
supporting the young women of America.
Sincerely,
Paula Scanlan

P.S. The Left is stealing the hearts and minds of the young women across our
country through manipulation and lies. I experienced their tactics firsthand
when I was forced to undress every day in front of a 6'4'' man at UPenn. We
need to stop the Left's attack and support conservative young women to stand
strong in their beliefs. You can make an impact today by rushing back your gift
of $35 or more to the Luce Center for Conservative Women!
