Washington Department of Financial Institutions Division of Banks takes action against former bank employees for unsafe and unsound practices and breach of fiduciary duty
Olympia – The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has signed a Consent Order that settles the Amended Statement of Charges issued July 15, 2024, brought against Sung Wan Kim, Peter Park, and Kwi Sun (Sunny) Kim regarding allegations of unsafe and unsound practices and breach of fiduciary duty.
