I thought National Republicans could not get any more desperate to unseat me. But just this week, they invested another $2.9 million to try and buy back this seat! 

The only way we can counter this kind of investment to defeat us is with some serious grassroots fundraising every day between now and election day. I found out this week that two more huge TV ad reservations were made in the Atlanta media market by national Republican groups. The NRCC and the super PAC “Congressional Leadership Fund” invested another almost $3 million -- on top of earlier investments this year of $5 million. Which district do you think most of that money is going to be spent in? 

There’s no doubt -- we're going to see an unprecedented amount of dark money spent this year to try and defeat our gun safety movement. Between the NRCC, CLF, the NRA, and Karen Handel’s war chest, we’re going to be at a huge disadvantage here in GA-06 when it comes to the “air war” on TV.

So how do we fight back? With people power -- the only way we know how.
