I want to be absolutely clear: Donald Trump’s decision to deploy active-duty Marines on the streets of Los Angeles is a chilling sign of the authoritarian direction he’s taking our country.
Trump is moving with speed and cruelty to attack our democratic institutions — targeting vulnerable communities, and abusing the power of the presidency to silence dissent.
That’s why our campaign set a critical grassroots fundraising goal of $11,278 before the FEC deadline at the end of the month — and we’re counting on your support to get there. These numbers will be public for everyone to see — and we need to show that the grassroots is fired up and fighting back.
