Paisley was ravenous but otherwise healthy. By expanding lifesaving programs and strengthening our partnership with CACC, PAWS is reshaping animal welfare in Chicago. Our substantial investments in spay/neuter services, veterinary care, and staffing support prompted a 29% rise in adoptions at CACC and helped increase transfers to other rescue groups by 19% last year.
