Joe Rogan’s whole brand is that he’s just a normal guy “asking questions.”
But Rogan’s anything but normal. He’s the most influential podcaster in America—listened to by tens of millions. He helped elect Trump by endorsing him. And this week, he used his massive platform to go to bat in support of Trump’s bogus $20 billion lawsuit against CBS.
His guest this week, Bernie Sanders, wasn’t having it.
If you agree with Bernie that Trump’s efforts to silence the media are authoritarian, will you chip in $25 right now to help COURIER fight back against Rogan and the right-wing disinformation machine propping up Trump? [[link removed]]

On a recent podcast episode where he hosted Bernie Sanders, Rogan told Bernie that 60 Minutes edited Kamala Harris’s interview to make her “look more presidential.” He called it dishonest—and agreed Trump should sue.
Bernie pushed back. Hard:
“You’re walking down a dangerous path. Suing the media has the impact of intimidating media.”Rogan didn’t get it. So Bernie spelled it out for him:
“Should I sue you if you ask me a stupid question I don’t like? … The impact is clearly intimidation.”
Bernie is right. Trump’s lawsuits aren’t about editing. They’re about power. About silencing critics. About forcing CBS to grovel so the rest of the press sees it and becomes afraid to tell the truth.
Trump wants every journalist in America to think twice before reporting facts. And Rogan? He’s giving Trump cover. Like he always does.
At COURIER, we’ve been calling out Rogan’s tired act for years—his COVID conspiracies, his cozying up to MAGA extremists, and his habit of laundering authoritarian talking points under the cover of “just asking questions.”
We’re going to keep calling it out. But we need your help so we can keep growing our reach.
Can you chip in $25 today to help COURIER hold the line against the Rogans and the far-right conspiracy machine that props up Donald Trump? [[link removed]] Chip in [[link removed]]
