** Greetings Hawaii Republicans,
------------------------------------------------------------

This past weekend, President Donald J. Trump directed the U.S. military to carry out a series of strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities. As the president himself said, "Iran's nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated."

The American people elected President Trump to take decisive actions to put America First — preventing Iran, the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism, from obtaining nuclear weapons

Now, he's under attack from the Radical Left. Democrats across the country are throwing temper tantrums, feigning outrage in a desperate attempt to manipulate the media cycle, and just today filed ([link removed]) articles of impeachment against President Trump.

To counter these efforts, I'm asking you, members of the Hawaii Republican Party, to partner with the RNC and the White House to show support for OUR president. Specifically, we're asking for you to:
* Share the message: President Trump has obliterated Iran's key nuclear facilities.

* Continue to repost and amplify key messaging from @RapidResponse47 ([link removed]) and @GOP ([link removed]) .

The state of Hawaii, America and the world are a much safer place because of President Trump's bold leadership. Let's ensure the American people see Peace through Strength is back.

Please see the talking points below for additional messaging guidance.

** With gratitude and commitment,
Art Hannemann

RNC TALKING POINTS
PRESIDENT TRUMP'S SUCCESSFUL OBLITERATION OF IRAN'S THREE NUCLEAR SITES
* On Saturday, President Trump announced ([link removed]) highly successful ([link removed]) , precision strikes by American forces on three nuclear sites in Iran.
+ Iran's nuclear sites were completely and totally obliterated ([link removed]) .
* President Trump showed clear leadership and took decisive action to protect the American people from this threat.
* America is much safer ([link removed]) today because of President Trump’s bold action to obliterate the rogue, radical Iranian regime's nuclear capabilities.
+ Peace through Strength ([link removed]) is back under President Trump.
+ Before the strikes were launched, Iran was very close to having a nuclear weapon.
+ Recently, the head of CENTCOM ([link removed]) , ([link removed]) General Erik Kurilla ([link removed]) , testified that if the mullahs decide to “sprint” to a nuclear weapon, the regime could produce up to 10 bombs in just three weeks.
* These strikes were not about regime change, they were about stopping Iran’s nuclear program.
+ Vice President Vance: “We don't want to achieve regime change — we want to achieve the end of the Iranian nuclear program.”
+ Who leads Iran ([link removed]) is up to the Iranian people.

PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS BEEN CLEAR: IRAN CANNOT HAVE NUCLEAR WEAPONS
* President Trump has been clear that a nuclear Iran is unacceptable, and the strikes are consistent with the agenda he campaigned on.
+ President Trump repeatedly ([link removed]) ([link removed]) made that pledge at l ([link removed]) east 40 times on the ([link removed]) ([link removed]) campaign trail and more than a dozen times since taking office ([link removed]) .
+ President Trump was even saying this as far back as 2011 ([link removed]) , clearly stating, “We cannot allow this radical regime to acquire a nuclear weapon that they will either use or hand off to terrorists ([link removed]) ."
+ President Trump has said he will only accept ([link removed]) the “total dismantlement” of Iran’s nuclear program.
* Iran is the world’s leading state-sponsor of terrorism, funding and arming Islamic terrorist organizations like the Houthis, Hamas, and Hezbollah.
+ Iran was behind the killing ([link removed]) of American soldiers in Iraq.
+ Letting Iran have a nuclear bomb would put American servicemembers and civilians at risk. Terrorists cannot have nuclear weapons.
* The President wants to resolve this diplomatically and peacefully, and gave Iran 60 days to respond to American outreach.
+ President Trump does not want war with Iran — President Trump wants peace ([link removed]) .
+ In April, President Trump gave Iran 60 days to make a deal ([link removed]) .
* What happens next is up to the Iranian regime.
+ President Trump has said any retaliation by Iran will be met ([link removed]) with greater force than what was witnessed last Saturday.

DEMOCRATS ARE SHOWING THEY WOULD RATHER HAVE A NUCLEAR-ARMED IRAN
* Democrats are ([link removed]) attacking President Trump’s strong efforts to make the world a safer place, even calling for his impeachment ([link removed]) .
+ Under Biden and Obama, the world was far less safe.
+ Democrats supported giving Iran $400 million ([link removed]) in cash and implementing the horrible ([link removed]) Iran Deal, which left Iran with a path to a nuclear weapon.
* Democrats claiming that President Trump needed congressional approval before launching the strikes are completely wrong.
+ President Trump took action under his lawful authority as commander-in-chief.
+ The White House made ([link removed]) bipartisan courtesy calls to Congressional leadership and spoke to Senator Schumer before the strike.
+ These same Democrats had no problem with Obama and Biden launching strikes on in Libya, Syria, and other countries without Congressional approval.
