Every two seconds, a person is forced to leave their home in search of a better life due to hardships like conflict, violence, and persecution. And right now, many refugees are facing a new danger: COVID-19. Many live in crowded camps where proper sanitation and social distancing is nearly impossible, increasing the likelihood of contracting the disease.

But there is still hope. Oxfam is providing lifesaving aid to refugees around the world - promoting hygiene awareness campaigns in Jordan, distributing soap to Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh, and addressing the issues that cause people to flee, like advocating for peace in Yemen.
