Dear Jack,
Earlier this week, the North Carolina Senate passed HB 805, and just yesterday, the House concurred. Now, this important piece of pro-family legislation is headed to Governor Josh Stein’s desk for his signature—or his veto.
HB 805 is a comprehensive bill that helps protect North Carolina families by reaffirming biological reality, defending the safety and privacy of girls in K–12 sleeping quarters, shielding children from online sexual exploitation, protecting taxpayer funds from being used for irreversible gender transition procedures, and ensuring parents have greater oversight over their child’s education.
We’ve worked tirelessly on this bill from start to finish—meeting with legislators, testifying in committee hearings, launching public awareness campaigns, creating virtual click-to-contact tools, and keeping supporters like you informed every step of the way.
And now, with the bill at Governor Stein’s desk, we’re entering the most critical phase yet.
But this work takes resources. Summer is one of the most difficult fundraising seasons for nonprofits like ours. Yet we must keep our momentum strong to ensure bills like HB 805 become law and to continue our advocacy for life, family, and freedom across our state.
If you believe in the work we’re doing—if you want to help us turn hard-fought legislative wins into lasting change—would you consider making a one-time ([link removed]) or monthly donation ([link removed]) today to help us continue this important work?
