John, YOU DID IT!

A couple of weeks ago, we emailed to let you know that Alabama Arise Action had set an ambitious goal to raise $10,000 by June 30. 

Thanks to members like you, we surpassed our goal – and ahead of our deadline! Thank you for donating, sharing our posts and telling your friends about our work. We are so grateful.

This money helps fund visits to meet with our federal lawmakers and circulate action alerts in opposition to proposed Medicaid and SNAP cuts. While many of our elected officials in Washington, D.C., are proposing disastrous federal budget cuts to fund tax breaks for billionaires, together, we are working hard to hold the line for people living paycheck to paycheck and protect our essential health care and food assistance programs.
