[RSVP: Virtual Advocacy Forum]([link removed])
Earlier this week, hundreds of AFSP Volunteer Advocates from across the country gathered in Washington, D.C., for our 16th Annual Advocacy Forum. We learned so much from our incredible Policy and Advocacy team during educational sessions about life-saving federal policies, heard from inspiring guest speakers, and met with members of Congress on Capitol Hill to ask for their support in the fight to stop suicide.
But it’s not over yet! Join us this coming Tuesday, July 1, at 1pm ET for our Virtual Advocacy Forum. We’ll be broadcasting recordings of the educational session, speeches from invited speakers, and the Allies in Action Awards ceremony. Advocates who weren’t able to join us in D.C. will be able to lend their support by viewing the recorded sessions and emailing their members of Congress as part of our Forum Action Alert.
