*Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR-101)*

Chapter 388-106H WAC Health Related Social Needs (HRSN). The department is considering the creation of WAC chapter 388-106H WAC HRSN. These rules are related to Health Related Social Needs services specified in Section 15.7 of the Special Terms and Conditions or the Washington State Section 1115 Medicaid Demonstration waiver. *Rule Making Order (Adopted Rules (CR-103P)*

The department adopted rules related to curriculum approval. The WAC 388-71-1031 What is the curriculum approval process for orientation, safety, the 70-hour basic training population specific training, the seven-hour parent provider training, and continuing education? and WAC 388-112A-1010 What is the curriculum approval process training, and continuing education.
