Dear AFGE Activist,
We won a preliminary injunction!
We took the Trump administration to court over its outrageous attempt to strip more than one million federal employees of their collective bargaining rights.
This win means that the administration must immediately stop any implementation of its March 27 executive order that ordered agencies to end collective bargaining rights for federal workers. This is a major win for workers across the federal workforce. We will continue our efforts to protect our rights and voice on the job against an extremely hostile administration.
But we know that President Trump won't stop here, and we must be prepared for whatever comes next. Funding our union for the fight ahead is critical in this moment.

As we continue to win in the courts, we must keep the pressure on to fund our fight, build solidarity and strengthen our resolve for the road ahead.
In Solidarity,
AFGE
