Since being sworn in as a new Senator, Elissa has been saying that America needs a new vision. The status quo is not working for anyone. After delivering the response to President Trump's Joint Address to Congress, she released a War Plan to push back on the Trump Administration in April. Now, she is taking her stab at outlining that new vision for what Americans should expect from their government.
