Dear Neighbor,

Unfortunately, the Mobile Constituent Hours that my office was planning for tomorrow afternoon at Webster Library are CANCELED. The library has just informed us that their air conditioning has broken down, and as a result they will not be open in order to host us.

I apologize for this last minute change, and will let you know when we reschedule the event.
