Make calls with us tomorrow during our final Fund Care Not Billionaires phone bank before the Senate votes on Trump’s budget bill.

NNU - Medicare for All!

Senate leadership is trying to rush to vote on Donald Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” this week to ensure it reaches the President’s desk for signature by July 4th. If they succeed, it will mean nearly $1 TRILLION in cuts to Medicaid, Medicare, and other health care programs that tens of millions of people rely on.

But new polling confirms what we already knew — that the majority of Americans are on our side and oppose this massive tax giveaway for the wealthiest few at the expense of our care.1

NBC News: Polls show Trump’s big bill is unpopular as Republicans stare down their deadline for passage. GOP leaders hope to begin votes on the legislation this week in the Senate, where they can afford only three defections.

Multiple polls prove that slashing Medicaid and Medicare is unpopular, with one study by KFF finding that 64 percent of all survey respondents across political parties have an unfavorable view of this budget bill.2

That number is larger amongst Democrats (85 percent) and Independents (71 percent).

Across the political spectrum, most people agree that cutting critical health care programs to pay for tax breaks for millionaires and billionaires is wrong. Now, we need to make our voices heard loud and clear one last time before it’s too late.

We’re hosting one more Fund Care Not Billionaires virtual phone bank to call voters who live in Maine, asking them to call Senator Susan Collins and urge her to reject this bill.

Sign up to join us for this final phone bank TOMORROW, June 26th, at 12:00pm PT/3:00pm ET and help us generate as many calls as possible.
