* MDH has extended the deadlines:*

*Letter of Intent to Apply deadline:* "Extended from" June 18, 2025, to June 30, 2025
*Application deadline:* "Extended from "July 7, 2025, to July 25, 2025, 4:30 P.M. CT

A correction to the RFP has been made to provide more clarity around the matter of clinic stipends. Annual stipends can now range from $12,000 to $18,000, whereas the original RFP only allowed for a fixed amount at $18,000. Since this correction may impact your budget details and justification and workplan.

The correction pertaining to clinic stipends and all deadlines can be found in yellow highlight on the following pages: 3, 5, 17, 18, 20, 22, and 25. For ease, the original language precedes the correction with a strikethrough.
