Wade, eliminating the federal constitutional right to abortion.  Since that decision, there are now 28 states that have abortion bans and the GOP is not finished. Countless women's deaths could have been avoided and their blood is on their hands. A national abortion ban is coming, piece by piece. And on Monday night, the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration can resume deporting asylum seekers to third countries — even places like Venezuela or Sudan — regardless of whether it's their country of origin.  The three liberal justices dissented, the GOP majority didn’t even bother to offer an explanation for its ruling. These terrible decisions are the product of a decades-long campaign by right-wing donors and extremists to seize control of our courts, from the U.S. Supreme Court down to state supreme courts across the country. And they’re not done yet — MAGA extremists have their eyes on Pennsylvania next. This year, three Democratic justices on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court face retention. If the far-right succeeds in ousting them, it could tip the balance in one of the most critical swing states in the country. This is our chance to fight back.
