Friends,
Big news: A federal judge agreed with Bob and ruled the federal
Department of Education does not have the right to block
coronavirus aid for thousands of Washington college students.
Bob just secured another victory in court against Donald Trump.
(If you're keeping count, this is #29!)
Here's what happened: President Trump and his secretary of
education, billionaire Betsy DeVos, tried to deprive our college
students of a financial lifeline provided in the CARES Act to
help them through the pandemic.
Betsy DeVos's restriction excluded thousands of students in
need, including students without a high school degree, adult
basic education students, and more.
Bob fought back - and won.
This is why we need Bob. Team, in honor of his
29th victory, can you contribute $2.90, $29, $290 or any amount,
to make sure Bob can keep up his work to protect all
Washingtonians from President Trump, and Betsy DeVos?

We know this won't be the last time Bob will take on the Trump
Administration.
Whether fighting back to help college students, preserving our
environment, taking on President Trump's changes to fuel emission
laws, or standing up against anyone who tries to harm Washington
residents, Bob is always there for us.
We can count on him. Now, he needs to know that he can count on
us too.
Will you chip in $2.90, $29, $290, or any amount you can to
help keep Bob working to protect Washingtonians from harm?
