We’ve seen the consequences.
Yesterday marked three years since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, ripping away the federal right to abortion.
Since then, MAGA extremists have been working to ban it everywhere, and we’ve seen the consequences.
Abortion is now banned or severely restricted in more than a dozen states. Patients are being denied care, forced to cross state lines, or worse. In some states, doctors are being threatened with criminal penalties for providing medical services.
I firmly believe there is no true freedom without control over our own bodies.
That’s why in the State Senate, I worked to make Delaware a safe haven for reproductive care, protecting the right to abortion in the state.
Now in Congress, I’m keeping up the fight for reproductive freedom for all. But the reality is that with Republicans in control, a nationwide abortion ban remains a threat.
If we want to protect the right to choose, we have to flip the House next year — and that is going to take all of us working together. So I’m asking:
