They claim our work defames and violates wiretapping laws. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: our goal isn’t to embarrass anyone—it’s to broadcast the truth.

The First Amendment protects our right to report what is voluntarily shared, and we’ll fight this in court. I don’t settle. I have cases in the 9th circuit, 2nd circuit, and DC circuit.

I don’t fear court. I don’t fear juries. I don’t fear deep state attorneys.

I’ve been sued many times and won. Only president Trump has been sued more times than me for telling the truth.

We can’t let them win—but we can’t do this without you.
