Friend, Donald Trump recently issued an unlawful executive order that would give him unprecedented control over our elections – and Attorney General Letitia James is taking him to court to stop it.

Our Constitution is clear: It is up to the states and Congress, not the president, to set the rules governing our elections.

Yet, Trump is blatantly attempting to defy that rule – threatening voter access for overseas voters and people without passports, giving more control to DOGE and Elon Musk, and stripping federal funds from states who refuse to comply.

This new attack – alongside the SAVE Act, a blatant voter suppression bill – would ultimately throw our elections into chaos, disenfranchise voters, and undermine the public’s faith in our most sacred democratic institutions.
