This time, I’m testifying before the Senate Judiciary Committee’s Subcommittee on the Federal Courts, headed by Senator Ted Cruz.

I’ll be talking about how leftist environmental groups harm Americans through their constant lawfare. The more these leftists sue to stop sensible energy policies, the better it is for China and other hostile nations. This is a topic not many people know about, but it’s one you’ve helped Capital Research Center explore quite a bit.
