We’re hoping you can hear us out today.

Ilhan is fast approaching her first FEC fundraising deadline since she announced her campaign for reelection just a few weeks back. A lot of people will be watching to see if our campaign has any momentum.

But with just a few days to go, we are way behind our goals. Way, way behind. It’s bad timing for sure.

So the way we see it, we have two ways forward:

1. The amazing folks on this team step up today and help us start closing our fundraising gap before we run out of time.

OR

2. We accept that we’ll fall short of our goals, and start scaling back our campaign. That means budgeting less money for critical forms of outreach and organizing against the Trump administration.

We would much rather choose option 1, Rose. But it’s not up to us. It’s up to you and everybody reading this deciding to chip in what they can and power our campaign.

So we’re asking: can we count on your help today? This would be the worst time to start scaling back our campaign, especially as AIPAC is testing the waters to use their huge warchest to challenge Ilhan.

Make a contribution towards Ilhan Omar’s campaign for reelection today. Help us knock this FEC deadline out of the park and prove that our campaign is stronger than ever and ready to fight.
