Today's Movement for the Movement practice is an invitation to seed our highest intentions and anchor our dreams in reality. It's not just a moon, it's a mirror - a reflection of what you have hidden and are ready to reclaim. Together we will move with our deepest intentions and make a home for whatever is ready to bloom. 

Join me today at 12EST/9PST for a moving ritual to honor this auspicious moon and the turning of the tide. We will work with the medicine of movement, visioning, writing and intention.
