powerful of 2025 and its time to seed our biggest dreams and
highest intentions for the future. The sun, the moon and the

SOL ( [link removed] ) is a
transformative incubator for creators, change-makers, and
visionaries ready to root their work in clarity, embodiment, and
intentional design. This monthly long experience weaves together
somatic movement, morning pages (inspired by The Artist’s Way),
and intuitive design tools to support the full arc of creative
emergence—from ideation to integration.
Whether you're birthing a new project, recovering lost art,
refining your voice, or designing a whole new way of being/doing,
SOL offers a fertile, supported space to make the invisible
visible and the intangible real—through the body, the art, and
the world.
This 4-week incubator is packed with resources and support to
accompany you in whatever you are birthing. Here's what you can
expect*:
🎨 Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with Kerri to bring your
art to life
💃 Weekly movement practice to process and integrate with the
group
📔 Daily morning pages sent to your inbox for writing and
reflection (27 days)
*Weekly one-on-one coaching sessions will be opt-in at a day/time
of your choosing Tuesday - Thursday throughout the month of July.
Weekly movement/processing sessions will take place on Wednesdays

This New Moon in Cancer is drenched in care and
vulnerability. It is inviting us to get quiet and listen to what
is arising within us even (especially if we don't understand it).
Tomorrow's practice will be a balanced exploration of the waters
of emotion and the wisdom of the heart as we remember that this
body is a home.
Movement for the Movement

free form embodied experience designed to disrupt old patterns,
release stuck energy and allow us to discover freedom and
expression. Guided by our senses, intuition and creativity, we
will explore a movement language that goes beyond expectations
and unlocks our creative potential. It will be an ecstatic and
cathartic experience of the body, mind and soul.
