I could not be more proud of the brave pilots and armed forces who carried out the precision strikes that destroyed Iran’s nuclear program. Their flawless execution delivered a punishing blow to the world’s most dangerous regime—and once again proved that America’s military is second to none.
I’m also proud of President Trump’s decisive leadership. He made the courageous call to ensure that Iran will never be able to threaten the region—or the world—with nuclear blackmail.
This was one of President Trump’s finest hours.
He kept his word. He led with strength. And he delivered a clear message: Iran will never be allowed to obtain a nuclear weapon.
I joined Fox News to discuss the strike and its historic impact. You can watch here:

As a Vice Chairman of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs, I’ve tracked the threat posed by Iran’s radical regime for years. Let me be clear: President Trump and Israel did what had to be done—to protect the United States, defend Israel, and secure global stability.
Thanks to this operation and the intelligence that made it possible, Iran’s nuclear and conventional war-making capabilities were dealt a major setback. This regime has funded terrorism, killed Americans, and lied to the world—and now they’re finally facing real consequences.
I stand firmly with President Trump.
He is not seeking regime change—but he has made it clear:
“You must change the way you do business—or face further consequences.”
This is the first time since President Reagan sank the Iranian Navy that this level of pressure has been applied to Iran. And back then, it worked and changed their behavior for years.
President Trump gave Iran every opportunity to negotiate. They chose to play games.
This moment is another example of President Trump doing what Biden refused to do—lead with strength, stand by our allies, and put America first.
Promises made. Promises kept.
Now it’s our job to back him up.
Thank you again to our incredible armed forces, and to President Trump and his entire national security team for showing the world what real leadership looks like.
