Blake Miguez just announced he’s running for U.S. Senate in Louisiana.

If you’ve never heard of him, here’s the quick rundown:

He’s a gun-obsessed MAGA loyalist, who’s spent his political career attacking democracy, parroting NRA propaganda, and pushing culture war nonsense while his family’s business has been tangled up in a massive federal loan scandal.

So of course, that guy thinks he should be the next Senator from Louisiana. The problem is, the Louisiana Dems can’t find themselves a candidate to beat this guy. We think that’s insane, and it’s why we desperately need investment to find and fund someone who can win this race.
