Today we mark Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the emancipation of slaves and African Descendants of Slaves (ADOS) in the United States. As a political organization, we are committed to fostering inclusion, fighting structural racism, and supporting candidates and legislation that promise to advance the cause of racial equality.
This weekend is also the final chance to vote early in the Democratic primary, which is on Tuesday June 23rd. Please click here to find your early voting site. Early voting ends on Sunday, after which Election Day will be the last chance to cast a ballot in the primary for those who haven't voted early or by absentee ballot.
Here is a list of our endorsed candidates who will appear on the ballot: NY-9 Congressional District - Rep. Yvette D. Clarke 43rd Assembly District - Assemblymember Diana Richardson 50th Assembly District - Emily Gallagher 51st Assembly District - Genesis Aquino 56th Assembly District - Stefani Zinerman 57th Assembly District - Assemblymember Walter Mosley Civil Court Judge 3rd Municipal District - Stephen Burzio District Leader AD-50 - Kristina Naplatarski District Leader AD-52 - Jesse Pierce District Leader AD-53 - Samy Nemir Olivares

Voting does not change everything, far from it. But holding elected officials accountable is an essential task for political change. We hope you will join us in voting.
