Governor Hobbs knows what true leadership is all about. She leads with empathy and compassion and knows it’s not about red or blue — it’s about doing the right thing for everyone. And that’s exactly what she’s done over the past four years. Please read her message below, I think it’s really important:

John, can I be honest with you?

Arizona’s 2026 governor’s race is going to be one of the most competitive in the country. Here’s why:

• We won in 2022 by just 17,000 votes — a razor-thin margin of just 0.7%.
• Washington Republicans have already named this race their top target to flip — and two MAGA opponents announced their campaigns against me.
• Even Donald Trump himself has launched attacks against me and set his sights on Arizona.

This is going to be a battle, there’s no question about that. But here’s what I know: when this team stands together, we can overcome any obstacle — just like we did in 2022.

That’s exactly why I’m reaching out today. We’re building the grassroots momentum we’ll need to take on attacks from our extreme Republican opponents and right-wing megadonors, but we can’t do it without you.
