Team,

Three years ago today, after decades of scheming and millions of dollars in dark money, right-wing billionaires got what they wanted: a Supreme Court stacked with anti-abortion extremists – who, in a single decision, erased nearly 50 years of constitutional protections for women’s reproductive rights.

It was a long-sought victory for the special interests behind the Court’s corruption. But for women across this country, the fallout has been tragic. Blanket abortion bans have led to fully preventable medical crises and lives lost.

The captured Supreme Court continues to release major decisions shaping Americans’ lives, delivering for the climate-denying, anti-choice, anti-democratic special interests who put them there.

I’ve spent years investigating and exposing the scheme behind this captured Supreme Court – where billionaires and their operatives manipulate the system from behind the scenes. They wine and dine justices, bankroll confirmation PR battles, and flood the Court with directives in the form of legal briefs, all to produce rulings that serve their radical agenda.

On the three-year anniversary of Roe being overturned, we’re reminded that the stakes are as high as they’ve ever been. Which is why I’m asking for your help.

If we want to end the special-interest control of the Supreme Court and finally restore its integrity, we need to take back the Senate for Democrats next year. Will you join this fight by donating what you can? [link removed]

Thank you,

Sheldon Whitehouse
