I’m no stranger to tough campaigns.

When I ran for Congress in 2018, the establishment said someone like me had no business running in a rural, 90% white district.

We won that race by 5% – then won reelection by 12%, flipping Trump counties and winning in places no Democrat ever had.

So I am not fazed when that same Democratic establishment tries to downplay my campaign for Governor.

This is the New York establishment that lost four Democratic-held House seats in 2022 — and backed Joe Biden until the very last minute. We can’t afford to let them keep running the same failed playbook.

I’m running for Governor because New Yorkers deserve better. I have a plan to make housing affordable, healthcare accessible, and child care universal. Yes, I may be the underdog — but that’s never stopped me before.
