Hey there,
John’s been busy on the trail — connecting directly with Eastern Colorado
communities and building the kind of grassroots movement that can defeat Lauren
Boebert. Here’s a recap of what we’ve been up to lately:
Larkspur: Gaining Ground with Indivisible
John met with the Indivisible chapter in Larkspur — neighbors coming together,
block by block, to take back their future.

They discussed the real economic pressures families are feeling, concerns
about home rule and local control in Douglas County, and the growing threat of
authoritarianism. These are true patriots — folks who love this country and are
deeply alarmed by the direction it’s headed. John listened, shared his vision,
and committed to fighting for a Colorado where democracy, dignity, and
community still mean something.
Lone Tree: Standing Up for Local Democracy
John and Amber visited Lone Tree to knock doors and talk with voters about the
importance of voting No on Home Rule.
As residents of Weld County, they’ve seen firsthand how Home Rule can be
abused—used to sidestep state laws, silence community voices, and concentrate
power in the hands of a few. They were grateful to connect with Lone Tree
neighbors who care deeply about transparency, accountability, and keeping their
local government truly of, by, and for the people.
La Junta: Real Conversations, Real Solutions
“We got to sit down with Democrat @PadoraforCO,” one attendee shared — “John
is running for CO‑04, Boebert’s seat.” They talked about protecting local
healthcare, supporting ag workers, and ensuring that the voices of small
towns—like La Junta and beyond—aren’t ignored by Congress.
Loveland: Our First Town Hall — Turning Apathy Into Action
John hosted his first Town Hall in Loveland, bringing together community
members to talk openly about the local and national issues that matter most.
From kitchen-table concerns to the national fight for democracy, the
conversation covered it all — including how to defeat Lauren Boebert, push back
against rising authoritarian overreach, and, most importantly, reignite civic
engagement in a time of growing apathy.

It was an energizing night of real talk, real solutions, and a shared belief
that CO‑04 deserves better — and together, we can make it happen.
Bennett: Real Conversations, Real Solutions
He met with the mayor and community leaders to discuss Bennett’s biggest
challenges and opportunities — including how the town is managing rapid
population growth and preparing for the future. With more families moving in
and pressure mounting on local roads and transit, it’s clear that serious
federal investment is needed to upgrade transportation infrastructure and
ensure the town can grow sustainably.
John listened to concerns about strained resources, limited access, and the
fear that smaller towns like Bennett — with just 4,500 residents — will be left
behind without real representation. He’s committed to fighting for rural
communities that need a seat at the table and a voice in how federal dollars
are spent.
Parker: No Kings
John joined the No Kings demonstration in Parker two Saturdays ago in protest
of Donald Trump’s farce of a military parade. Trump wants people to think he is
a tough dictator, but John knows that both Trump and Boebert are just insecure
wannabes who use their office for fame and wealth.

Why It Matters
* Real leadership in action: John isn’t running on soundbites. He’s showing
up — at kitchen tables, local cafés, town halls — listening to the challenges
you face.
* Building a grassroots team: Every volunteer, every conversation, every
signature inscribed is building the foundation for a winning campaign—powered
by YOU.
* True local representation: Lauren Boebert left her old district after a
tough reelection, but John is right here—where he’s always been, working with
this community.
What’s Next?
* More town halls and meetups in June and July—stay tuned for dates and
locations.
* Volunteer squad growing daily—if you want to get involved with the
campaign, reply to this email!
* Fundraising milestone: We’ve shown Boebert we won’t be pushed aside—but we
need resources to keep going. Can you chip in $10, $25, or $50 today?
