WHAT HAPPENED THIS WEEK

138 days. That is how long we have to prepare for the 2020 Elections. We are incredibly grateful for the thousands of volunteers we have all over the country who are dedicated to helping uphold free and fair elections for every American, no matter their race, background, or ideology. Your work is more important now than ever. There is a frightening movement afoot that grows by the day to strike down the rule of law in numerous states across the country and further dismantle the already-vulnerable security measures meant to protect every American’s vote.

The only way we will reverse this course is by growing our ranks and making our voices heard - to election officials, to local, state, and federal lawmakers. We need them to know that we will not stand silent while bad actors seek to tear down election integrity. We need them to know that their constituents expect them to uphold the law and defend the basic rights guaranteed by our U.S. Constitution. We need YOU to take a stand.

There are many ways you can make a difference. Please, sign up to volunteer. Help us with our Call Your County project, take our election worker training, connect with others in your state. Urge your friends to join you, too. We need poll workers, election observers, and citizen activists all engaging in this election. The future of our country and the security of our election depends upon it.

Thank you for your support, and see you at the polls!

Onward!
