Donald Trump is targeting Democratic governors. He threatened to arrest Governor Gavin Newsom and tried to illegally withhold funding from Maine to punish Governor Janet Mills – all because these governors bravely refused to comply with his personal demands.

It’s clear that Dem govs are our last line of defense against Trump’s extremism. But to be honest, team, I’m worried.

We know that Republican megadonors and billionaires are planning to spend millions to try and crush our blue firewall of Democratic governors this year and in 2026 and beyond. We can't let that happen.

So we need everyone in the game – especially highly reliable Democrats like you, team.
