Hi John,

Three years ago today, Roe v. Wade was overturned, and the consequences have been devastating.

Since the Dobbs decision, states across the country have passed dangerous bans that put lives at risk, criminalize healthcare providers, and roll back decades of progress. Virginia has held the line so far, but extremist politicians are working overtime to change that.

My opponent’s voting record makes it very clear exactly where he stands on reproductive rights. In just his first year in office, Mark Earley:

* Voted against a bill to enshrine reproductive freedom into the Virginia Constitution
* Voted against three separate bills to protect the right to obtain and use contraceptives and two to require insurance coverage on contraceptives
* Voted against five bills aimed at protecting providers and patients from criminalization, data tracking, and out-of-state prosecution
* Sponsored a partial abortion ban

Earley has taken a firm anti-choice position across ten different bills, voting against fundamental reproductive rights protections and for restrictive measures, even in cases involving privacy or health equity. He opposes not only abortion access but key supportive policies like contraceptive coverage and patient/provider protections.

I’m running because I believe that every Virginian deserves the freedom to make their own healthcare decisions—without fear, without interference, and without politicians in the exam room.

This election could decide whether Virginia becomes the next state to fall.

Help us fight back—your support fuels a campaign ready to protect reproductive freedom in all its forms. [[link removed]]
