Three years ago, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade—and Iowa’s Republican leaders wasted no time stripping away reproductive rights.

Since Dobbs, Iowa has become a testing ground for extreme anti-abortion policies. A near-total ban at six weeks, attempts to close clinics, and dangerous restrictions on medication abortion have made it harder—if not impossible—for many Iowans to access basic care.

These bans hit rural communities, low-income families, and young people the hardest. And they’re just getting started.Let’s be clear: This is a coordinated effort to roll back the freedoms we’ve spent generations fighting for - and women’s lives are now needlessly endangered. And it’s happening right here in our backyard—with Joni Ernst proudly leading the charge in Washington.

That’s why I’m running. Because Iowa deserves a senator who will fight like hell to restore and protect the right to make personal healthcare decisions without interference from politicians. In the Senate, I’ll work to:

* Ensure access to reproductive healthcare in every corner of Iowa
* Protect providers from harassment and criminalization
* Push back against the far-right attacks on birth control, IVF, and more
