John, today is the anniversary of a dark day in American history.
Three years ago, Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court ruling that protected bodily autonomy for nearly 50 years, was overturned by the Dobbs decision.
The devastating impact of this decision, made possible by Trump and his far-right campaign to strip women of reproductive rights, has left immeasurable grief in its wake.
Here in Maine, we're lucky to have the freedom of choice protected in our state laws. But if Roe taught us anything, it's that our fight for reproductive freedom must be ongoing.
It falls on us to continue standing up to injustice in all its forms. Maine Dems is working to elect pro-choice leaders in every corner of our state to keep Maine a safe haven for reproductive freedom, but we need your help.
On the third anniversary of the Dobbs decision, will you take our survey and help Maine Dems send the resounding message that Mainers care about protecting reproductive freedom?
Thanks for standing with us, John.
